Terms and Conditions of Booking

Payments and Cancellations 

1. Payment Methods and Deadline: 
   

• Payments can be made via bank transfers and Payment Links. Please follow the  payment guidelines in the registration form.  
• You can opt to pay in two ways:
  • Full payment at once. 
  • Initial payment and the rest payment to be paid before a defined date. 

1. Tramsfer

• You may transfer your reservation to another individual if you are unable to  

travel. The responsibility for finding a replacement lies solely with you. 

1. Cancellations: 

• Cancellations made within 10 weeks prior to the departure date will incur  

additional charges. Please notify us immediately if you anticipate any travel  

difficulties. 

• Cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the trip will incur a 50% charge. 
• Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the trip will incur a 100% charge. ● No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once the trip has commenced. 

Pre-Trip Requirements 

1. Travel Insurance: 

• It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance at the time of  

booking. This insurance should cover medical expenses, cancellations due to  

illness, COVID-19, flight disruptions, and similar events. 

1. Medical Disclosure: 

• Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. This  

information will be kept confidential. 

Liability and Risk 

1. Assumption of Risk: 

o Participation in the trip implies an understanding and acceptance of the inherent  risks, which may include injury, illness, loss of life, or loss of personal property. 

1. Liability Limitation: 

o OnePath Travel shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages  

incurred during the trip. 

1. Medical Expenses:

o All medical expenses resulting from injuries are the responsibility of the  

participant. 

1. Waiver of Liability: 

o By participating in the trip, you waive all claims against OnePath Travel,  

including those that may arise due to negligence. 

1. Insurance: 

o We advise securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover various emergencies.  Choosing not to obtain insurance absolves OnePath Travel of any related  

liabilities. 

Photographs and Media 

1. Use of Media: 

o OnePath Travel may use photographs and media taken during the trip for  

promotional purposes without compensation to participants. Access to such media  for personal use may incur a fee or be provided as a courtesy. 

1. Participant Visibility: 

o If you prefer not to be visible in photographs or media, please inform us during  the trip, and we will accommodate this request as much as possible. If you wish to  share information or media on social media, coordination with involved parties is  

required
